Good hydration gives us endurance and mental alertness. Dehydration affects our moods and worsens depression and person become irritable easily because our brain makes up 70% of water. In a dehydrated brain, brain cell function begins to disappear and the brain begins to shrink like a plum and gradually turning it into a prune.
A person with inadequate water may experience fatigue, headaches, lightheadedness, and confusion. A study shows that students will do better academically if their brains have adequate water, not sodas but just fresh water. They are more alert and grades improves because the brain gets sufficient water.
