5. Sunlight Increase Physical Energy and Agility
Sunlight plays a role in general body fitness. Endurance and muscular strength are improved when individuals are regularly exposed to sunlight. Fatigue and exhaustion tend to lessen and the capacity for work is increase due to the increase of glycogen (stored sugar). Higher storage level of glycogen results in more body energy for long stretches of physical activity, with more endurance and less fatigue.
